General Maintenance

Checking light fixtures and lamps and replacing bulbs as necessary.

Checking smoke detectors and replacing batteries as necessary.

Flushing all toilets, and checking for faucet leaks.

Complete Home Walk-Through & Property Inspection

Ensuring that everything is intact and as it should be. You will be provided with quality images as well as a video of your home.
Return Home Preparation

Receiving packages and retrieving mail on a regular basis. Light housekeeping prior to arrival including dusting, vacuuming, and wiping down surfaces. Setting the thermostat to the desired temperature, and more.
Exterior Services
General Maintenance

Leaf and dust blowing (garage, driveway, and decks). Snow removal during the winter, and patio furniture prep during the summer months.

Making sure the garbage bins are taken out and brought back in on designated days.

Trash removal is available upon request.

Coordinating any additional services that might be needed through an appropriate professional.
Complete Perimeter Inspection

Ensuring that everything is intact and as it should be. You will be provided with quality images as well as a video of your home (taken both during the daytime and at nighttime).
Vehicle Preparation

Car startup to ensure the battery remains in good condition. Interior and exterior car washing are available upon request.
